about

"Emotion Generated Music" is an elaboration on the term "computer generated music". While not excluding digital music as such, the group focuses on a humanized message - against the prevailing trends in popular music.

EGM are a Polish duo consisting of Piotr Cieslik (Pece) and Wojciech Famielec: Krakow-based musicians and producers known for their participation in a number of projects over the years. Their coherent musical vision stems from their common sonic fascinations, all visible in their previous musical endeavours.

The musicians take inspiration from personal experiences, childhood, nature, space and motion. The most important elements of their songs are spatial layers, musical colors and controlled dissonances that come into existence in a spontaneous and natural way.

In July of 2012, their debut EP called "Emotion Generated Music" was released.
